trump has always bragged about how smart he is but I never believed him. I was especially amused by the interview in which he was asked about being paid two million dollars by a company going bankrupt. He disclaimed any responsibility for the failure of the business and was then asked what the two million dollars was for. He pointed to his head and said, “Because I’m smart.” Yes, he was smart enough to make a profit at everyone else’s expense (like any common crook) but obviously not two million dollars worth of smart or the company would not have failed.
But now that he has unveiled his brilliant strategy to get the judicial system to do his bidding, I can see at last that he sure is smart. All you have to do is antagonize the judge, then claim the judge cannot be impartial. The nice thing about this idea is that anyone can use it. If you’re in some sort of judicial jam, just do everything you can to make the judge mad at you, then call for his dismissal from the case.
The only problem is that most Americans can see right through the plan. It is a scheme worthy of the darkest of the mobsters.
But not worthy of a president.
